Scientific workshop «Nonholonomic days in Pereslavl»

Aim of the conference is connection between two related but weakly interactingnonholonomic theories: nonholonomic and vaconomic mechanics and, accordingly, nonholonomic and sub-Riemannian geometry. Following topics will be covered:

  • Nonholonomic mechanics, vaconomic mechanics
  • Realization of сonstraints. Foundation of dynamics with servoconstraints and vaconomic mechanics
  • Hierarhy of dynamics and Hamiltonization of non-holonomic systems
  • Sub-Riemannian geometry
  • Geometric control theory
  • Control problems on Lie groups
  • Applications to classic mechanics and robotics
  • Algorithms and programms, including parallel, for solving problems of mechanics, control and optimization
