Competition in mathematical analysis

Students of all courses and directions are invited to participate in the Olympiad in Mathematical Analysis. Participation in the Olympiad is personal. A few days are allocated to solve problems. After the organizing committee checks the decisions, an appeal takes place, the tasks are analyzed and the winners are awarded.

The purpose of this competition is to get students interested in continuous mathematics and help them understand it. Mathematical analysis is the basis for all courses in continuous mathematics: probability theory and mathematical statistics, numerical methods, harmonic analysis, differential equations and many others. In 2022, the Olympiad will be held from February 15 to March 10 at the Udmurt University with the support of the Ural Mathematical Center (project No. 075-02-2021-1383).
