From January 24 to February 2, Izhevsk hosted a prestigious international robotics forum that brought together leading experts in the field of artificial intelligence and automated systems.
Of special note are the developments presented by young researchers. The university was represented by two teams: the robot "Anna" (developed by Dmitry Solodyankin and Danil Lagunov, junior researchers at the Ural Mathematical Center) and the robot "Rotor" (developed by Lidiya Mokrushina). Both teams reached the final of the autonomous robot competition. The robot "Anna" took the third place, while the robot "Rotor" shared the fourth and fifth places with the team from the Izhevsk Industrial Technical School named after E. F. Dragunov.
