The conference GDIS 2022 has been started

The 8th international conference "Geometry, Dynamics, Integrable Systems – GDIS 2022", dedicated to the memory of A.V. Borisov, was opened on June 6 in Zlatibor.

The welcome speech was held by Professor Vladimir Dragovic, one of the founders and co-organizers of the conference. Scientists from all over the world (from Serbia, Russia, Australia, Brasil, the UK, Hungary, Germany, Italy, Canada, the USA, Poland, France and Montenegro) participated in the conference.

16 talks were given and poster presentations were exhibited in the first two days of the conference.

The Ural Mathematical Center was also one of the co-organizers of the conference. Talks were given by representatives of the Ural Mathematical Center: I.S. Mamaev, head of the Ural Mathematical Center, and A.A. Kilin, head of the Laboratory of Nonlinear Analysis and Design of New Vehicles.

It is an interesting fact that only three participants in the present conference have participated in all seven preceding conferences. These are Ivan S. Mamaev, Alexander A. Kilin, and Bozidar Jovanovic.
