Methods for Controlling the Motion of Robotic Systems

An educational module entitled “Methods for Controlling the Motion of Robotic Systems” is being held from May 10 to May 20, 2023, at the Sirius University.

The educational module “Methods for Controlling the Motion of Robotic Systems” is part of the basic professional training in the area of “Mathematical Robotics and Artificial Intelligence” at the Sirius University and is being held according to the “road map” of cooperation between the state corporation Rosatom and the educational foundation “Talent and Success”.

The module offers the opportunity to improve knowledge and qualification or to receive additional education in the new competence related to modern mathematical methods for controlling the motion of mechanical systems.

At present, teachers and researchers from 15 universities of Russia, in particular, from the Kalashnikov Izhevsk State Technical University and the Udmurt State University, are being trained under the educational program of the module.

Two employees of the Ural Mathematical Center are being trained under the program of the module: A.V. Klekovkin, research worker at the Ural Mathematical Center, and E.N. Pivovarova, senior research worker at the Ural Mathematical Center.

The knowledge acquired within the framework of the module will allow the participants to develop this field of research at the Ural Mathematical Center and to use this knowledge to update the educational process and to conduct new educational courses at the Udmurt State University and the Izhevsk State Technical University.
